YE3/4/5 high-efficiency energy-saving motor is an innovative product developed by Huanian Motor Company. It meets the new 2/3/4/5 energy efficiency standards (GB2) and European standard IE3. It is an energy-saving motor product independently designed according to the energy efficiency level of IEC60034-30 and China GB18163-2012 standards. When applied in an optimized system, its total energy saving potential is expected to reach 30%-60%. Its design adopts advanced manufacturing technology and high-quality materials to ensure reliability and durability in high-power applications. The motor has a compact structure and stable operation. It is widely used in fans, pumps, compressors, transmission equipment and other large mechanical equipment. Therefore, it is widely used as an energy-saving motor in various industries. Its operating frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is below 1000V, and it is suitable for 2-pole, 4-pole, and 6-pole motors with frame sizes from H80 to H355, and the power range is from 0.75kW to 375kW. Cooling Method
YE3 series motors use IC411 cooling method. This is a self-fan cooling system. The motor has a fan that dissipates heat through air flow. This method effectively ensures the normal operation of the motor under high load and high temperature environment.

Rated voltage and frequency

Frame, manufacturing process, core components: This series of motors uses a high-strength cast iron frame, combined with vertical and horizontal heat dissipation ribs to improve heat dissipation efficiency. In terms of manufacturing process, resin sand molding is used to ensure the aesthetic appearance and reliability of mechanical strength. Its core components include stator and rotor cores, which are made of high-quality low-loss silicon steel sheets and equipped with high-insulation electromagnetic wires. After vacuum pressure (VPI) varnishing treatment, the winding stator is guaranteed to have excellent electrical performance and good insulation performance.
Ventilation and cooling system: The ventilation and cooling system design of this motor series adopts an internal and external air duct structure to ensure that the motor can effectively dissipate heat during operation, thereby improving its operational reliability. The internal air duct part includes a built-in fan and rotor blades, which together transfer the heat generated inside the motor to the cooling duct and cooling ribs on the motor base. These heat dissipation components can effectively absorb and conduct heat, helping to disperse the heat to the outside of the motor. Subsequently, the heat on the base housing is effectively dissipated through the external fan on the external air duct, further reducing the temperature rise of the motor. This design enables the motor to maintain a stable temperature during long-term operation, improving its operational reliability and life.
Rotor: YE series motors usually use cast aluminum or cast iron materials to make rotors. These materials have good thermal conductivity and mechanical strength, which helps to maintain the stable operation of the motor. The rotor structure design not only takes into account its thermal conductivity, but also focuses on the balance and durability of the rotor. Stator: The stator is the static part of the motor, including the stator core and stator winding. The YE3 motor end cover usually has good sealing performance, which can effectively prevent the leakage of lubricating oil or insulating oil, and keep the lubrication and insulation state inside the motor stable.
