Casting minimizes the pressure pulse, so that the quality of the paper can be uniform.

3. Long life: Because the impeller of the pump is composed of two single-suction impeller backrests, no axial force will be generated when working. In addition, the bearings are located on both sides of the shaft, which are lubricated with grease and adopts a non-contact and wear-free maze seal, so that the bearing is effectively protected.

4. Convenient maintenance: Because the combined surface of the pump body and the pump cover coincides with the horizontal plane of the axis line, there is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipes and mobile motors or other prime moverators when repairing the pump.

The pump is suitable for the pulp supply system of high-speed paper machine, which can improve the output of paper and the quality of paper. At the same time, it is conducive to the technical transformation of old paper machines in China.

It is suitable for pulp transportation with a temperature below 80°C and a concentration below 1%.
