
YLJ series torque three-phase asynchronous motor
YLJ series torque three-phase asynchronous motor is a special motor with soft mechanical characteristics and wide speed range developed on the basis of general motors based on field engineering experience and user feedback in many countries around the world. When the load increases, the motor speed automatically decreases, while the output torque increases to maintain load balance. The torque motor has high stall torque and small stall current, and can withstand stall operation for a certain period of time. This series of motors needs to be used with YLJK controllers for voltage and speed regulation.
This series of motors is suitable for winding, unwinding, stalling and speed regulation and other uses. It is widely used in textile, wire and cable, metal processing, papermaking, rubber, plastic and printing machinery industries.
YLJK series torque motor controller
YLJK series torque motor controller is a new type of electronic voltage regulator controller exclusively used with YLJ series torque three-phase motors. It has the characteristics of good three-phase balance, excellent motor starting performance and stable speed. Ensure that the changes in tension and line speed of winding equipment in industries such as metallurgy, petrochemicals, textiles, plastics, wires and cables, papermaking, boilers, lifting, machine tools, and general machinery remain within the allowable range during the entire process of the reel's diameter changing from the beginning to the end.
