YBX4, YBBP, YBX3, and YFB2 series motors are newly designed high-efficiency and ultra-high-efficiency low-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors suitable for continuous duty (S1) operation. YB3, YBBP, and YBX3 series motors have the characteristics of high efficiency, novel structure, beautiful appearance, low noise, low vibration, and high insulation grade. They can be used in many industrial applications such as fans, pumps, compressors, and textile machinery. By using YBX4, YBBP, YBX3, and YFB2 series motors, customers can save 5-10% of energy, which is conducive to improving the competitiveness of products!

YBX4, YBBP, YBX3 series medium frequency motors are newly designed high-efficiency low-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors of our company. The casing material is cast iron and is designed for continuous operation (S1). YB3, YBBP, YBX3, YFB2 series motors have the characteristics of high efficiency, novel structure, beautiful appearance, low noise, low vibration, high insulation grade, etc. They can also be used in fans, pumps, compressors, textile machinery and other fields. By using YBX4, YBBP, YBX3 series motors, users can save more than 10% energy, which helps to improve the industry status and enhance product competitiveness.

Bearing System

YB3, YBBP, YBX3 series motors are equipped with ball bearings as standard, and the bearings are available in sealed and relubricated types. FS80-160 motors are equipped with floating bearings, and FS180-355 motors are equipped with floating bearings at the drive end and fixed bearings at the drive end.

 

 

Grease life and re-greasing interval

For permanent lubrication,the bearing grease lifetime is matched to the bearing lifetime. This can,however,only be achieved if the motor is operated in accordance with the catalog specifications.

 

For motors which can be regreased at defined regreasing intervals,the bearing lifetime can be extended and/or unfavorable factors such as temperature,mounting conditions,speed,bearing size and mechanical load can be compensated

1. It is recommended to use a protective cover when used outdoors;
2. When installed outdoors, it is recommended to take protective measures on the motor shaft to prevent water from spraying directly onto the motor shaft;
