The double homogenizer is an air cushion headbox that can be used for a wide range of speeds , tightly structured, easy to operate, flow ratio of 1:2.5. The slurry is fed through a stepped orifice through a square cone tube. It is evenly distributed into the human box, and there are two homogenizers with different opening rates in the box as a rectifier, and a spray pipe is installed above the box, the front wall overflow is used to prevent air bubbles from being brought to the net, to ensure that the pulp speed is stable, according to the requirements of the paper machine working speed, by adjusting the air pressure above pulp and working with DCS to ensure automatic work on machine speed and pulp flow speed. The upper lip plate can be moved forward and backward, up and down, and the L/D ratio can be adjusted. Obtain different lip openings and appropriate net point placements. The lips are made with a small vertical lip plate, and equipped with a micro-caliber table, it can be adjusted according to the horizontal width of the paper.
