Dienking System

The high-speed pulp washing machine feeds the pulp into the gap between the polyester mesh and the breast roller through the headbox. The breast roller drives the mesh and the couch roller to operate at high speed. The pulp at the breast roller is subjected to the combined action of the extrusion pressure of the mesh and the breast roller and the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed operation, enabling the pulp to be dehydrated and washed. When the pulp reaches the roller along the mesh, it is further dehydrated by the extrusion and centrifugal force of the mesh and the couch roller, Then, the slurry is scraped from the couch roller into the discharge screw by a scraper. In the above process, due to the thin pulp layer between the mesh and the roller, the ink particles, fillers, and other fine impurities in the pulp are rarely hindered by the pulp layer during the removal process, and are easily removed with water.

Purpose and characteristics of closed flotation deinking machine: The fully closed multistage flotation equipment uses a special structure of interstage separation device to form a hierarchical multistage flotation, preventing the mixing of pulp between different flotation stages. The dispersion of air and the mixing of pulp are accomplished by a specially developed non clogging jet system. This equipment is suitable for flotation deinking of various types of waste paper at home and abroad. While removing ink, some lightweight adhesives and lightweight plastics can also be significantly removed.
