1, IE1 standard energy efficiency: This level of motor efficiency is low, belongs to the basic requirements of energy efficiency standards. It is more common in the early market, but with the continuous improvement of energy efficiency requirements, it is gradually replaced by higher energy efficiency grades of motors.
2, IE2 high efficiency: equivalent to China's previous secondary energy efficiency standards. This kind of motor adopts high magnetic materials and high efficiency electromagnetic design technology, which can achieve higher efficiency and lower energy consumption during operation, and has better energy saving effect.
3, IE3 ultra-high efficiency: corresponding to China's three-level energy efficiency standards. It uses more advanced electromagnetic technology and high-precision manufacturing process, making the efficiency of the motor further improved, compared with IE2 motor energy consumption. It is widely used in some occasions which require high energy saving.
4, IE4 ultra-high efficiency: this is a class of motors with higher energy efficiency levels at present, representing a higher level of motor technology. Such motors are designed and manufactured with more advanced technologies and materials, and have very high efficiency and excellent energy-saving performance, but they are still relatively few applications in the market.

In practical applications, AC motors with different energy efficiency levels are suitable for different scenarios. For example, for equipment that needs to run for a long time, such as air conditioners, fans, water pumps, etc., the selection of high energy efficiency grade motors can significantly reduce energy consumption and operating costs. For some equipment with low energy efficiency requirements and short running time, a motor with a lower energy efficiency grade may be selected to meet basic needs while reducing equipment procurement costs.
