Z Series Large DC Motors

The Z series large DC motors are the newly developed and updated products of our company. Adopting a new design, it features high output power, low noise, small vibration, high efficiency, high reliability and good safety performance.

The direct current motor - Model Z800, Z900, Zl000 is a product ofZ series direct current motors that our compandeveloped newly.The center height of electrical machinery is 800, 900, 1000mm.There typeelectrical motor is upgradingproduct,after our company's absorption ofthe adyanced technologies both from domestic and abroad

1. In the specification form ofthe direct current motor,the rating data ofthe electrical

machinery means the output under the biggest continuous work system (S1)

2.The standard voltage rating has four grades,ie.660,750. 850.950 volts.Ifany other grade

3. The excitation way ofthe motor is separate excitation.The cxcitation winding generally has

four lead terminals.The voltage ofexcitation is 310 volts or 220 volts

Electrical machinery allow excitation by force,and this voltage mustn't exceed 550 yolts.

4.Up to 100 times/second to the voltagc rating is allowed in the electric current of main circuit ofthe motor (di/dt).

5.The motor circumrotates to one direction.The clockwise rotation is from the transmission hauling part. We can design it asbi-direction according to the users requirement

6. Generally, the outlet box is regarded on the right side ofMotor from transmission hauling part.We can adjust its positionaccording to the user's requirement

7. Short time overload capacity,please look at chart 1.

Occasionally used short time overload capacity refers to the motor's capacity ofbearing excessive loading capacity within oneminute in urgent cases. We advise the circuit-breaker's instant turnoff overload capacity be made into occasional condition

Frequently used short time overload capacity refers to the motor's capacity of bearing excessive loading capacity repeatedlywhich be regarded as a part ofroutine work period.the motor bears the ability to exceed specifed load repeatedly

Ifthe motor is used under basic speed,within 15 seconds.and the percentage ofrating current is 250.the order agreementshould be set down cleariy.

The motor's stator core is made by high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet,and the rotor core is made by high-quality silicon steelsheet.So it has good magnetic conducting capacity.can reduce the excitation power and the loss of magnetic hysteresis cortex,andcan improve the motor's reversing spark and its operation8 efhiciency.lt is suitable for the commutate way of power supply whohas fast reaction.

2. The motor's insulating grade is F.and it underwent VPI treatment without solvent.The winding insulation is good atdielecuric,damp-proof,and heat conduction.

3, The motor's sliding bearing and rolling bearing adopt the end covering twpe.The sliding bearing keeps in touch with the bushin spheFcal surface way.The insulating barriers between the two have good regulation of mental activities.The rolling bearing isimported from abroad,which is long-lived,impact-resisted

Bearing have electrical contact temperature measurement device or ptl00 platinum resistance temperature measuremenicomponent(our factory provide bearing fueller device).

4. Motor separate excitation main pole winding and reversing winding are put in with ptl00 platinum resistance temperaturemeasurement component.

5. Ground brushes are used to reduce the electric current's destruction

6. Guard gates are used at both sides of commutator for maintenance and brushes' replacement.

7. 220V foodlight is equipped on the commutator for observation ofthe motor's running situation.8, 220V condensation-resistance heater is used to prevent the erosion ofcold and humid air.

9. The motor structure's basic installing type is 1M1001.

10.There are four protect grade ofthe outer cover,ie.IP22, IP44, and IP54.IP44 and IP54 arcrecommended to use,which can reduce the impurity's erosion in the air.

11. The cooling ways ofthe motor are IC 17.IC38 and ICW37A86.etc.
