The power rating and installation dimensions of the YBF3 series of flameproof three-phase asynchronous motors for fans comply with the standards of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), and the corresponding relationship is the same as that of the German DIN42673 standard, which is conducive to the matching of export equipment and the spare parts of imported equipment. The explosion-proof performance complies with the provisions of GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres - Part 1: General Requirements" and GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres - Part 2: Flameproof Type 'd'". It also complies with the provisions of IEC79-1,BS4683 and EN50018 and is made into flameproof type. The explosion-proof marks are Exd l, Exd II A T4, and Exd II B T4, and they are suitable for places where explosive gas mixtures exist. Exd I is applicable to the non-mining and excavation working face environment in underground coal mines where explosive mixtures of methane or coal dust exist. Exd II AT4 is applicable to environments where explosive gas mixtures of Class II, Group A, and Temperature Class T1, T2, T3 and T4 exist in factories. Exd II BT4 is applicable to environmental motors where explosive gas mixtures of Class II, Group B, and Temperature Class T1, T2, T3 and T4 exist in factories. The insulation class is F grade, with a large temperature rise of the stator winding and a long service life. The motor has a cylindrical shaft extension, which is driven by a coupling or a pinion. The stator winding of the motor is made of high-strength polyester enameled round copper wire and is treated with VPI vacuum pressure impregnation to form a complete whole. The winding and insulation have excellent electrical, mechanical, moisture-proof performance and thermal stability.
