Product Overview

 

1. This series of motors is a series of products developed by our company. It has a high speed and is widely used in the petroleum, chemical, electric power and other industries to drive mechanical loads with large rotational inertia such as fans, pumps, compressors, etc.

2. This series of synchronous motors conforms to GB755 "Ratings and Performance of Rotating Motors" and JB/T2224 "Technical Conditions for Large AC Three-Phase Four-Pole Synchronous Motors".3. This series of motors has a series of motor specifications with various power levels such as 1000KW, 2000KW, 2500KW, 3200KW, 4000KW, 5000KW, 6500KW, 7000KW, 8000KW, 9000KW, 12000KW, etc. The motor allows direct starting at full voltage, and can also be started at reduced voltage.

 

Structural Features

 

1. This series of synchronous motors adopts a housing protection level of IP44 and IP54. The cooling methods are divided into upper water cooling, lower water cooling and duct ventilation.

2. This series of motors include stators, rotors, base plates and coolers.

Stator: The base is welded with steel plates. The stator core is made of 0.5mm thick low-loss silicon steel sheets, and the core sections are separated by radial ventilation ducts. The stator coil is a double-layer winding, with single or double layers in parallel, and the ground insulation is Class F (temperature rise is assessed according to Class B). After the stator is offline, it is vacuum pressure impregnated (VPI) to give it good insulation performance.

Rotor: The pole core is a solid pole. The pole coil adopts Class F insulation (temperature rise is assessed according to Class B), and there are two types: winding and welding. The rotor main shaft is made of high-strength forged steel.

Base plate: It is a steel structure, welded with steel plates above 20-30mm.

Cooler: The cooler structure is placed in a steel box. The upper water-cooled inlet and outlet flanges are on the top of the motor, and the lower water-cooled inlet and outlet flanges are at the bottom of the pit. Pulleys are installed for easy operation.

Product Overview

 

1. This series of motors includes TK series brushed synchronous motors and TAW series increased safety brushless excitation synchronous motors.

1.1 TK series three-phase synchronous motors are mainly synchronous motors for reciprocating compressors. They can also be used to drive other mechanical equipment such as water pumps and fans. They are mostly used in refrigeration and fertilizer industries;

1.2 TAW series increased safety brushless synchronous motors are widely used in places with flammable and explosive gases. They are mainly used in petroleum, chemical, coal, ammonia, fertilizer, coal gas and other industries.

2. TK series synchronous motors comply with the provisions of GB755 "Quotations and Performance of Rotating Motors" and JB/T8667.1 "Technical Conditions for Large Three-Phase Synchronous Motors TK Series".

3. TAW series increased safety brushless synchronous motors comply with GB755 "Ratings and Performance of Rotating Motors", GB/T3836.1 "General Requirements for Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments", GB/T3836.3 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments - Increased Safety "e"", GB8973 "Increased Safety Brushless Excitation Synchronous Motor Explosion-proof Technical Requirements", GB8974 "TAW Series Increased Safety Brushless Excitation Synchronous Motor Technical Conditions".

Structural Features

 

1. This series of synchronous motors can be made into two types according to the structural type: with a rotating shaft and a seat bearing (IM7311) and without a rotating shaft and a seat bearing (IM5710). The cooling method can be divided into open natural ventilation IC01, duct ventilation IC37 and other types. The motor housing protection level is IP00, IP20, IP21, IP23, IP44, IP54 and other types.
