Working Environment:

 

1. Ambient temperature -40℃~50℃. (The lubricating oil should be heated to above 0℃ when starting below 0℃)

2. The altitude does not exceed 1000 meters.

3. The input speed is not more than 1800rpm, and the maximum circular speed of the gear is not more than 22m/S.

4. Can be used for positive and negative operation.

5. No industry restrictions.

Instructions for selection:

 

The reducer is usually designed according to the number of starts and stops per hour less than 10, at room temperature 20℃, according to constant torque. Before selecting the model number according to the selection parameter table, it is necessary to understand the working load and working condition of the machine. After the running power is determined, the use coefficient f in the parameter table is selected in the following way. R, F, K, S four series selection:

1. Determine the operating power P(KW)

2. Determine the lowest working condition factor f according to the load characteristics of the working machine and the number of working hours per day (Table 1).

3. Determine the starting factor f according to the number of starts per hour. (Table 2)

4. Calculate the total working condition coefficient f. (S series must consider the ambient temperature coefficient f, Table 3)

5. According to the operating power and output speed of the reducer, select the reducer specifications from the selection table, and must meet f,< the use factor f provided by the selection parameter table

Note: If the user has high reliability requirements for the reducer, it is necessary to consider the necessary safety factor or call for advice: radial load and axial load at the output end, please contact our technical department;
